simplify

I was thinking the other day, sometimes I wish I didn't have technology like my iPhone. Don't get me wrong, I love my phone . But I think about how simple my life would be if I didn't have it.

I mean, I will be watching a TV show, and on my phone playing a game at the same time. Why am I not satisfied with just watching the TV show? Why do I have to be doing something else???

I really want a brick of a phone, that can only call or text people. (but then I know I will miss my iPhone)

I think I need a break from my phone or something, or from technology all together.

I need to simplify.
